Entrepreneurship is an often-used, but misused, term that refers to an act of commerce rather than a type of business.  Contrary to popular belief, anyone can be an entrepreneur and, most likely, entrepreneurship principles have been utilized in your life at one point or another.  Entrepreneurship is, simply, coming up with an idea, acting on said idea, and implementation with the intent of changing a market landscape.  Entrepreneurship can be performed within a company or externally as its own startup.

However, entrepreneurship has often been used as an excuse for exploitation, which is wholly unacceptable.  Without employees to implement an idea, your idea would not be doable or realistic.  Without partnerships with external individuals or companies, the basic needs of your idea cannot even be met.  Thus, treating employees and other parties that provide the resources necessary for implementing your idea with respect and, more importantly, with openness and transparency, is a necessity.  Employees should not be paid below their market value and, absolutely, should not be exploited for the sake of the market itself.  In the same light, swindling small business owners, sole proprietors, etc. is highly unethical.  Entrepreneurship should uplift everyone involved, and not simply act as a participant in a perceived "zero-sum" game.
